Check-out is by 10:00 AM
Should you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know no later than 24 hrs in advance and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
Occupancy
The apartment is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
For the comfort of all residents, gatherings, events, or parties are not permitted.
Please respect the stated maximum occupancy at all times (6 guests unless additional air mattresses are requested)
Consideration & Quiet Enjoyment
Quiet hours are observed between 09:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
As the apartment is located within a residential building, we appreciate your consideration toward neighbours, particularly during evening hours.
Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or within the building.
The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Care of the Residence
The apartment has been thoughtfully curated for your enjoyment; we kindly ask that it be treated with care.

Furniture and furnishings should remain in their original placement.
Housekeeping & Departure
Professional cleaning can be provided upon request; however, we ask that the apartment be left in a neat and orderly condition.
Please ensure used dishes are placed in the dishwasher and rubbish disposed of prior to departure.
Security & Access
Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment.
Lost or unreturned keys and access fobs may incur a replacement fee.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing prior to arrival.
Safety & Building Regulations
For safety reasons, candles, incense, and open flames are not permitted.
Smoke detectors and safety equipment must not be tampered with.
Guests are expected to comply with all building rules and local regulations.
